Return & Refund Policy

All Brown Vory items are produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

Because each product is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
